How long does it take you to put on scuba diving gear like wetsuit and dive gloves and dive hood and dive boots and dive fins and dive mask and scuba tank and bcd and regulator to breath from and breath underwater with scuba regulator
Super helpful explanation! Thanks
Truly an incredible thing to see in person. The shuttles are a monument to the end of our species first attempt at conquering space. No doubt we'll try again, with Space X, maybe even shuttles like this again one day when we have better technology. But truly our first try at that frontier has come and gone.

California science center it's a new buildings
Wait so space shuttle does not have lights
When I was 2nd I want to California science center and I and I found a space shuttle I never want to California science center since when I was little
Is the fish real or a computer fish
Our pen was dark and it didn’t come out as cleanly- was it a different type of squid?
Dicen que es anaranjado
Very interesting video! I was womdering if fish could hear but i had no idea it also helped them school.
It’s doggo!
Question: Despite the fact that octopuses are short-lived, is it possible that they can live longer, that is, if their life can be extended? Even if they avoid mating?

I'm trying to explain a thing to a person, and I don't know much about scuba diving specifically or in great detail. Am I correct in assuming that the scuba rig does not use electrical parts? I do know a thing or two about pressure gauges, and I have never come across one that relied upon electricity. I however do not assume that they do not exist.
I wonder what would happen to the old area
That thing looks amazing
👋 Very Nice Video 🇺🇸 👍 🙂
This video is 4:20 long 😏
Can anyone tell me what this music is called on spotify? I can't find it.
I saw the magnificent Endeavor not long after it first arrived at the CSC. Seeing this project come to this point is inspiring! Kudos to all those who had a part in this impressive achievement! 👏👏👏👏
This is amazing and I can't wait to see the completed exhibit, but I can't help but be disappointed that you painted the tank that weird orangey-rust color instead of just letting the natural color of the foam show. It looks very toy-like now. If you were going to paint it, why not paint it to resemble the multi-toned look of the real things?
: It would be nice if they've did this in time elapsed photography. I'm sure they can probably take a four hours and twenty minutes video and make it a five minutes time elapsed video. How about it, California Science Center professionals. LOL. 🐢 🚀 🐢 🏗 🐢 😂
Congratulations the Califoria Science Center team and the entire install crew!!!! It was an honor to witness the lift and mate in person. Unforgettable!!!! We look forward to continuing the journey with you!
Wow!
Outside? Dumb move
Look into things more before commenting because they can’t lift the shuttle into a museum after the roof has been installed 😂
@@TaurusSpace what an ignorant comment. That’s definitely not true. It’s just going to deteriorate outside. You’ve got a pretty awful attitude/way of replying to someone. You’ll never get a man with that attitude.
In 200 years, the USS Enterprise-A will be right next to Endeavour! Dinged up a little bit, it'll be ok!
I thought it was a new space shuttle created in secret
"The orange thing and the two candles on the side"
Oh great… can’t fix the crime and homeless problems but yeah, pay for the installation of a museum piece even if an important part of history.
Awesome to see it in a launch configuration. Well done. 😊👍
Reminds me of how the top tier of executives at NASA disregarded safety protocol. They new that the booster O-rings experienced leak blow-bys below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. They truly had launch fever on the freezing morning January 28th - 38 years ago. They launched in the early morning when the temps were 37 degrees F. IMHO it was 7 counts of involuntary manslaughter on Pad 39B
Fun fact… you would of got way more hits on UA-cam if you dropped it. Just saying…. Nice work.
🎉😊❤
Why is Endeavour spelled in old English and not spelled in modern English, eg. Endeavor. After all, this Shuttle is an American product and its name should reflect the modern spelling of the word as that is the standard way of spelling since it has been adopted by our nation of America. One of the attributes of progress is to spend less time doing something, so having one less letter to tap on the keyboard saves time. There are many other words in the old English language that would be applicable such as colour, flavour, programme etc. ( color, flavor, program ) The English language is an evolving language with new words being introduced, so hopefully the modern way of spelling some old words will change throughout the world.

my respects to csc and everyone who helped the shuttle stand again
Wow, that would have been wild to see!
Presumably this will mean the shuttle will sit outside in the rain until the building has a roof?
She was blasted into space and survived reentry twenty-five times. A little rain won't hurt her. Besides, it only rains a few days a year here. Mostly they'll have to protect her from the fading rays of the Southern California sun.
I think it's also an additional reason why they shrink-wrapped it. I'm guessing it will stay with the shrink wrap until the enclosure is completed.
It will be protected with ply and kevlar under negativepressure to keep dust out....
The video I would like to see is "How to Shrinkwrap a Space Shuttle". 🤭

The Endeavour is named after the 18th Century British ship, HMS Endeavour.
When I email my old Navy squadron buddies about this, I always say Endeavour (sic) to point this out. We all chipped in for a tile with the squadron name on it. I have no idea how easy or difficult it will be to find and see this.
It would have been appropriate to name the Shuttle after a historic American ship rather than a foreign ship.@@dibl.8576
Why was Endeavor not named after a historic American ship-?@@dibl.8576
Thanks for your reply. I find it strange that the British were not involved with the Shuttle program but the Shuttle was named for a historic ship that arrived at a New Zealand shore. If the ship had arrived at an American shore, than I could understand a connection with regards to the current spelling of the name.@@dibl.8576
This will be the best space and air museum, I can’t wait for it to open

Cant thank you enough for bringing this coverage so late into the night!
This is really cool, but they need to make a series of time lapse videos out of this footage.
scroll the video, and it becomes better. Also, play back at 2x speed too.
Is it rollout time? i think it's roll out time.
